We now not only lease and hire, but are selling the complete LEGACY range of floats. Whether you are wanting a 2 horse straight load, or a 3 horse angle load, we have a design to suit your needs. These are the most robust floats we have seen, and have more features as standard than any other float on the market.
For years, we have purchased only New Zealand made floats, but recently have been let down by a drop in quality, as partiicularly one manufacturer cuts corners to save money. We decided enough is enough, and after being approached by a reputable off shore manufacturer offering to build floats specifically for our needs, requiring a more robust design, able to handle the extra workload our hire fleet is use to and able to better handle New Zealand roads and weather conditions, we went for it. After hearing about an off shore manufaturer in China already supplying many countries with quality floats, we flew across to take a look. Being an engineer by trade, I was immediately impressed with what I saw, from the tradesmen on the shop floor, to the design team in the office. Our mind was made up there and then, we immediately went about working with the design team to "tweek" some of their designs, so they would even better suit our requirements. We have since then introduced this brand to our lease and hire fleet and are more than impressed with the quality. Infact, many clients now ask for them specifically, over any other models we have in our extensive fleet.
The LEGACY brand represents quality and has more safety features than any other float on the market and for a fraction of the cost you will pay elsewhere. Safety features such as 4 wheel electric brakes, the ability to completely dismantle the inside without needing tools and a full rubber fit out including side walls and ramp (not just a square of rubber in the middle), it is easy to see why LEGACY floats are quickly becoming the best selling float on the market. Why would you look elsewhere.
All LEGACY floats come standard with:
Most of these features, you will pay extra for with any other manufacturer.
Optional extras include:
